ABSTRACT
Before the official interview starts, tell the interviewer what your basic demographics are, the reason that you were referred for the interview, and the location where the interview is taking place; all of this information is provided in the first section of the case profile. At the end of the interview, both you and the interviewer should reread the case profile as it was written and then put yourselves in the role of “interviewer” in order to complete the exercises on diagnosis, deepening the interview, and reflecting on the client interview from the perspective of the interviewer.
