ABSTRACT
Here one of the pioneers of entertainment-education (E-E), David Poindexter, the former President of Population Communications International, provides a look inside the kitchen of the international diffusion of this important strategy. The key role of Miguel Sabido in developing a methodology for E-E broadcasts, and of PCI in initiating Hum Log in India, the first E-E project outside of Mexico, are explained.
