ABSTRACT
Planning has been a key issue from the very beginning of theCIRCSIM Tutor Project-we have discovered that planning isnecessary at many different levels, from curriculum and protocol planning to producing instructional goals to discourse planning to turn planning to the planning of individual sentences.
