ABSTRACT

Randall Bass is associate professor of English at Georgetown University and director of the American Studies Crossroads Project, which is affiliated with the American Studies Association. His print and electronic publications include Border Texts: Cultural Readings for Contemporary Writers, the collaborative Engines of Inquiry: A Practical Guide for Using Technology to Teach American Culture, Electronic Resources for the Heath Anthology of American Literature, and Electronic Archives for the Teaching of American Literatures. Bass currently takes leadership or collaborative roles with the Epiphany Project, the New Media Classroom Project, and the Center for Electronic Projects in American Cultural Studies at Georgetown University.
