ABSTRACT
You’ve wanted to make some changes in the way you teach before but somehow never did. You think you’d like to try now. After all, you have lots of ideas after having read this far. However, it always seems easier to just do what you did last year; after all it clearly worked (almost all your students earned passing grades, and some of them really learned quite a lot). What do you do to actually start changing? What will you need to do to sustain any changes that you make in your learning environment?
