ABSTRACT
College supervisors are a special group of people. Typically, they are knowledgeable about the schools in the community where you will teach and are familiar with the problems of daily classroom life. They have a good working relationship with principals and teachers, which is helpful not only during your student teaching, but also in your job hunt. Because of their practical knowledge of teaching, they are a rich resource for the student teacher.
