ABSTRACT
Marcy is quite comfortable as she prepares for her interview at Lakeview because it reminds her of the suburban town in which she grew up. Children progress from the schools in winter to the town pool in summer, and on to neighboring day camps until school starts again in September. Most go on to college and, like Marcy, they find employment during their undergraduate summers in their own or nearby communities.
