ABSTRACT
Reading achievement is influenced by an individual’s cognitive speed level, Cs, a construct that was described in Chapter 8. Now, the two factors at Echelon 4 which affect Cs, namely, age and cognitive speed aptitude, gs, will be described in more detail.
