ABSTRACT
Our work is concerned with the use, adaptation, and refinement of task analysis methodologies for a variety of different situations, believing that so far their exploitation has been needlessly limited. Our emphasis is on novel uses of task models, their introduction into industrial contexts, and their integration into the software design process.
