ABSTRACT
The Centre is an instrument devised to throw up health from a sample of the populace, as a separator throws up cream from milk. This book has in the main dealt with the appearance of health as it is beginning to come to the surface. The large residue of ‘not health’ has been dealt with only in the last chapter and in the first two sections of chapter VI.
