ABSTRACT
Today it is possible to clearly visualize the constitution of a field of curriculum studies at an international level. Many are works that, since the 1970s, disclose the main production centers of curriculum studies and the different theoretical approaches characterizing the field. Moreover, the creation of specialized journals and magazines and the organization of national and international congresses are evidence of the consolidation of this field.
