ABSTRACT
In chapter 6 the concern is with the treatment, processing, and technical quality of the data obtained by administering affective instruments. In this chapter the focus is on making sense of these data. 1 Throughout the chapter we assume that the data have been collected using an affective instrument containing scales with sufficient technical quality.
