ABSTRACT
Though the emphasis has, for some time, been on the physical attributes of urbanism, they should always be understood in the light of the psycho-aesthetic matrix which was developed in Parts One and Two. This is equally valid whether considering the macro-environment or the relatively small-scale problem of interstitial design.
