ABSTRACT
It was a great plan with great passion behind it. The problem was-it wasn’t working. Like many couples they longed to be understood by each other and create a wonderful atmosphere for their kids,
but were very discouraged. Despite wonderful goals and great energy, they felt defeated. Their marriage was on the verge of coming apart. Sondra summed it up, “We tried so hard, but I can’t keep doing this. We are just not connected. Alex seems to be angry all the time, and ignores me. I don’t know what else to do.”
