ABSTRACT
In this chapter we draw together the findings, lessons and insights that have emerged from the EPSI programme. The discussion is organized into four sections. In the first section we draw upon the programme teams’ perspectives collected at the end of the programme. This section reviews what those colleagues who worked most closely with the schools had to say about improvement and working with the schools. In essence, these comments represent their conclusions about the EPSI programme.
