ABSTRACT

Mentoring and comentoring, when successful, are powerful approaches to the human dynamics and learning accomplishments of groups of two or more people. Unfortunately, such approaches are often uneven in success and effectiveness. In this chapter, I unfold a new intentional and proactive approach for the significant enhancement of the effectiveness of comentoring processes. The fundamentals of this approach come from the field of change management and involve the application of the concept of synergy and the creation of synergistic relationships.
