ABSTRACT
Business games are some of the more difficult simulation exercises to develop, because of the complexities of this form of simulation. A business game simulates a wide range of situations and problems in a complex organization. It usually involves several participants interacting over a relatively long period of time and making a series of decisions that affect many different aspects of the organization’s operations. The situations dealt with are usually quite unstructured and unconstrained.
