Leadership, Alignment and Will in the Transformation of Public Education

What we propose is a transformation of the system of public education, redefining the concept itself, penetrating deep into the classroom and the processes of learning to ensure high levels of achievement for all students. To use the jargon, this is the re-engineering or re-invention of public school education. Such a transformation calls for extraordinary leadership.
