ABSTRACT
I resigned my position as Principal of Methodist Ladies’ College in order to take up the position of Principal of Wesley College, Melbourne. This resignation was not an everyday event either for the school or for me. I had been Principal for eighteen years and the school in that time had grown in enrolments, had changed significantly and become a recognized innovator in education.
