Working With the Staff

With all the new responsibilities that governing bodies have, come all sorts of new relationships. Governors have had to shape entirely new relationships with different parts of the educational establishment, and become embroiled in many complex existing ones. The most fundamental, and the most demanding, and the one which has attracted most consideration, is the relationship with the headteacher.
