ABSTRACT
Three factors that the teachers reported as helping their teacher development were feedback, support and reflection (Bell and Pearson, 1993c). In this chapter, the ways in which feedback, support and reflection contributed to teachers’ learning and the three aspects of teacher development-social, personal and professional-are discussed.
