ABSTRACT
For her next appointment, she wanted to talk with a beginning teacher. She especially wanted to find out how a new teacher handled the culturally diverse and heterogeneous classes she was seeing all around her that might make the highest stage of professional growth, a concern for students, difficult to achieve. Mr. Randall, a second year English teacher, consented to meet with her at lunch.
