ABSTRACT
Our initial search through the education literature was unsuccessful, however, since most instruments on teacher behavior focus on instructional-methodological aspects (Simon and Boyer, 1974). They describe teaching behaviors such as planning, class management, evaluation, and the like. Others, such as the Tuckman Teacher Feedback Form (Tuckman and Yates, 1980) are not firmly rooted in a theory on interpersonal behavior.
