ABSTRACT
When groups of learners get together, they nearly always exchange views and ideas. We know that people enjoy learning from the experiences of others as well as from provided resources such as Web sites and books. A key learning skill is shaping and achieving goals in learning sets or work teams. To offer these benefits, within any learning programme, a considerable amount of ‘group work’ needs to be included.
