ABSTRACT
We’ll start this chapter with some of the things that lecturers do before and after lectures—and then think about some of the things they could do, which may help make their lectures a better learning experience for students. Then we’ll look at what lecturers think students should do before and after lectures, and suggest some advice that can be given to them to help to retain and make sense of the lecture material.
