ABSTRACT

In the end it is the involvement and experience of young people that counts. Neither Statutory Orders, however splendid, nor advisory groups, however wise, will achieve anything worth while without the ready involvement of young people. Earlier we pictured a formal portrait of the kind of people who inspired and developed the Order. What follows is a brief pen portrait of the young people who were, so to speak, passing the door of the committee room when the collage was created.
