ABSTRACT
Yardleys School is a multicultural, mixed comprehensive school of approximately 890 pupils from the ages of 11 to 16, drawn from a wide area and coming from approximately 20 partnership primary schools. It is situated on two sites in the Tyseley district of Birmingham. The school takes its name from the amalgamation of Yardley Grammar School and Leys Secondary School in 1975.
