ABSTRACT
From 1998 to 2000 the Key to Key Skills project was funded by the Teaching and Learning Technology Programme (TLTP3) of the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE). This project aimed to make a Web based system developed at Leeds Metropolitan University (LMU) portable to other institutions. The project partners were LMU, Sheffield Hallam University (SHU), and the University of Plymouth.
