ABSTRACT
This part comprises selected chapters from the six books I published between 1986 and 1995 in an endeavour to diagnose the illnesses of contemporary Egypt and prescribe what I thought to be the solutions that all fall under two big headings: a liberal political system and a modern market economy driven by an advanced human cadre that represents the best of modern management techniques.
