ABSTRACT
Thus far the concept of women’s issues has assiduously been avoided in favour of the less pregnant term ‘women’s concerns’. But it is now important to clarify what the new Labour women MPs mean when they claim they act for women: what concerns do they consider constitute ‘women’s issues’; what concerns do they voice?
