ABSTRACT
Israel’s geopolitical problems are not confined to the ‘occupied territories’. Within Israel there are many regional-settlement situations with political, demographic and spatial significance which have not yet been solved. The relations between Jews and Israeli Arabs are a major problem, whose complexity leaves no doubt as to the need to find territorial and settlement solutions to the conflicts arising within the domain of Israeli sovereignty.
