ABSTRACT
The object of this study is to develop a methodology to assist the Odgen Marine, Inc. (OMI) management in analyzing hold/sell decisions for vessels in the fleet shown in Exhibit 7.1. One aspect of this methodology is to determine which ships should be analyzed on a regular basis. The overall approach includes required charter rate calculations that serve as useful guidelines when applied jointly with other qualitative criteria.
