ABSTRACT
At the end of the first quarter of the fiscal year in which the technology training program is active, the design team begins preparations to create and administer an evaluation survey. In an effort to get information directly from staff members who took classes in the technology training program, the survey design team creates an evaluation survey and delivers it to each individual who took either a Web-based training class or any of the instructor-led courses held either at the vendor's facility or the library's own facility.
