ABSTRACT
When we think of technology, household technology is usually overlooked, yet it has certainly affected women’s lives, markedly changing the traditional domestic sphere. It seems we have unconsciously welcomed technology into our homes without questioning its effects on our lives, effects which extend beyond simply enabling us to complete a task.
