ABSTRACT
8. ‘Next he should place Yama as his spear symbol in the place of the Noble ākāśa-garbha. The Wrathful Noble Aparājita should be placed as his axe symbol in the place of Ūrṇā. Amogha-paśa, Ekajaṭā and Haya-grīva should be placed as their noose, axe and vajra-mace in sequence in the place of Mahā-sthāma-prāpta, Bhṛkuṭī and the Noble Tara. The Wrathful Candra-tilaka should be placed as his vajra symbol in the place of Sumbhā. Durdharṣa and Abhimukha should be placed as mace symbols before the gate. Yama and Kālarātrī should be placed together in the place of the gods of the Pure Abode. Nirṛti should also be placed as his sword symbol.’
