ABSTRACT
This chapter is concerned with examining the role of ventilation in the design, construction and refurbishment of green buildings, i.e. those that have as one of their aims to achieve a significant reduction in the resource consumption and associated pollution from the current norm, whilst maintaining better internal conditions.
