When you have revised the paper structurally and stylistically make sure that the final versions of the tables and figures (Ch. 3 and 4) are ready. Then type or retype the paper, or correct it on your word processor/ microcomputer, in the ways described in this chapter-but with the journal’s instructions taking precedence, as always. Some of the advice here may be useful for earlier drafts as well as for the final version.
