ABSTRACT
1.1 The purchase is a purchase of real estate under Ss.216ff. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (SCO). As regards warranty, those statutory provisions contain but few rules. On that point, SCO S.221 makes reference chiefly to the provisions concerning the sale and purchase of movable assets.
