ABSTRACT

The graduate-fostering program is a central document in the postgraduate education. It embodies the policy of the country, reflects the discipline strength and the fostering and managing level of the organisation which are responsible for graduate education. It’s important to adjust the program according to the change of social requirements. As a result, professionals required to adapt to social development are brought up and the disciplines of the university are built. This paper analyses how graduate education adapts to the current situation in China. Some suggestions on revising the program are put forward. The policies of the revising, main problems and their solutions are discussed as well.
