ABSTRACT
The paper discusses how the aim of education and the role of teachers is changing. Computer Aided Learning (CAL) introduces new trends in teaching and learning and increasing international competition between Universities. This means that it is time for us to question the traditional ways of teaching. With today’s personal computers and networks we have an opportunity to enhance the quality of education, which we can not afford to miss.
