ABSTRACT
Engineering thermal comfort is a broad topic. In this chapter we shall examine the range of environmental conditions encountered and look at the heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems that are available to designers. Great emphasis is placed on natural ventilation systems because of their growing importance.
