ABSTRACT
The 1991 Regs and 1992 approved document A changed the structural requirements in a number of ways. There is provision for landslip and subsidence, and disproportionate collapse. Regulations require that A1 to A3 are to apply where there is a material change of use into a hotel, institution or public building.
