ABSTRACT
In recent decades there have been three distinct employment revolutions: the agricultural revolution, the manufacturing revolution and now the service sector revolution. Each of these employment sectors has, or is experiencing, major shifts in the quantity and type of employment. These trends will change the shape of the property market and the way we use town and city centres much faster than we expect.
