ABSTRACT
The Newham’s Leisure Services Department is guided by The Newham Leisure Services Three Year Plan’, and the: • Race Equality Action Plan; • Women’s Equality Action Plan; • Disability Action Plan. The plan also includes the policies contained within the council’s overall aims, objectives and values statement. This plan has been subjected to public consultation and is reviewed within the life of every council.
