The case study is provided by Steven Chaytor. Steven is the Leisure Management Officer in Middlesbrough responsible for all contract and non contract facilities plus the catering contract. He is also co-author (with colleague Phil Rogers) of th e book Managing a Leisure Management Contract published by Pitman for ILAM.
