ABSTRACT
The UK opposition to the document covers four main topics; technical criticism of the approach of the document; the question of indoor air quality, in particular the olf and decipol; the relationship of research and standards; and the possible contractual implications of the standard were it to be implemented even as an ENV-a trial standard. It has also been pointed out that the document does not comply with the PNE rules and significant editing would be required to identify requirements.
