ABSTRACT
There seem to be a thousand and one ways of organizing to manage projects. Very often organizations seem to pass through periods of change as they adjust themselves and try different structures and philosophies. Extremely expensive-sounding titles are applied-‘business process re-engineering’ is one such title and I am sure that it is valid and beneficial to many people and many organizations. Some of the people who find it a useful name will be found working for management consultancies who are currently available to help you reengineer your business processes and your bank balance by charging vast fees, but there are others I am sure. It’s just that I don’t know any.
