ABSTRACT
Internal projects are designed to change the organization within which they will run their brief lives. This category includes an organization setting up a new payroll and bonus system, a new management information system, a relocation or reorganization project. A great number of government departments are busy dealing with projects that have been brought about as a result of the Citizen’s Charter, the Next Step initiative and the drive towards more customer-orientated thinking.
