ABSTRACT
Nevertheless almost any action they take in managing a client’s property interests will have an effect and they need sufficient understanding both to validate their actions and to alert them to a situation or a potential situation where advice and guidance from elsewhere is necessary. This chapter emphasises those practical aspects of law most likely to exercise property managers and elaborates on some areas of importance to them.
