ABSTRACT
We are studying this project at the point where tenders have been received. By carrying out sensitivity tests on the most attractive bid we hope to minimize exposure to risk by identifying areas where our maximum project management efforts will be directed. In this case it is clear that the single most important part of the project, financially, is the ‘reclamation and sea walls’ package described in bill number 4.
